• Please place your order at least 2 days before the deadline for receipt of your order between Tuesday and Saturday 10.00-17.30. If you would like to book for the next day or other times, please email info@okut.ee

Payment terms:

• Payment can be made by bank transfer via internet banking or by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit or credit card.
• After payment, you will receive your order number and confirmation by email.
• NB! Please check that your order confirmation has been received to your e-mail address!
• In order to receive the order, you need to know the order number or the name of the person who placed the order in the online shop.

Delivery terms:

• Ordered products can be picked up at ÖKUT café (Vabriku 39, Tallinn) from Tuesday to Saturday between 10.00-17.30.
• Courier service can be ordered during the café’s opening hours.
• The price of the courier service within Tallinn is 7 €, in the Tallinn area 15 €.
• For orders starting from 150 €, delivery is free of charge in Tallinn and the Tallinn region.

Price:

• All prices include 20% VAT.

Cancellation and refund:

• If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 1 day before the order is due to be filled by sending an e-mail to info@okut.ee.
• Please be sure to include your order number and the bank account number to which you would like the refund to be sent.
• If you comply with the above conditions, we will charge you. your money back within 3 working days.
• If the submitted order is not cancelled in time or the ordered goods are not collected on the day of the order fulfilment, the amount paid is not refundable to the customer.

Other info:

• Personal customer information obtained from the e-shop when placing an order and making a purchase will be treated as confidential information. Gourmet Projects OÜ does not disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties without the customer’s permission. Gourmet Projects OÜ and its partners use the customer’s personal data for the delivery of ordered products.
