Our handmade hummus sauce is a little more liquid than regular hummus, so it’s suitable for dressing salads. Ideal with grilled vegetables. The ÖKUT version does not contain chickpeas.
All our sauces are handmade in the kitchen of Kalamaja Café under the watchful eye of the chef, without any preservatives or flavour enhancers. Best stored in the fridge.
